We are renting a house these days and we inherited a sweet old ginger cat named Bobbi. He has lived here for maybe 6 or 8 years. He came with a runty white and tabby associate who I have named Belschnickel. Impish or Admirable? Impish! They lounge on the terraza and enjoy the morning sunshine each and every day without fail.
Hello Buffalo & Mars is a really fun piece to play – even for my decrepit old hands, its not difficult. Many of my pieces are at the edge of what I can accomplish with my unschooled chops, but not this song. Its played on a 30 odd year old Larrivee J-12 that has repaired top cracks, the prior owner probably tuned to standard pitch and maybe let it dry out one winter. Its set up to be tuned to an open F or G tuning (its in F# now) and is happier for it.
